This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, brand new, modern house is located in Wears Valley, and sleeps up to 12 people. It is easily accessible, in a private environment and has stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains, whether you are inside or outside
It is located 5min drive from Wears Valley Road, 20min away from Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain National Park is only a few minutes away, with the "secret" entrance located just a few miles away.
You enter the house through the lower level, with three bedrooms (2 king bed bedrooms - one with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk bedroom, and one detached full bath). The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.
Once you reach the first floor, you walk into a large open floor plan with high ceilings, a “wall" of windows and one of the best views in all of Wears Valley. On the right you have the living room with a wood burning fireplace and large TV. To the left is the kitchen (fully equipped and with all new appliances) with a nice bar and a large dining area (two tables) with views of the mountains. Between the living area and the dining area, the pool table is waiting for you :). There is also a half bath located on the main level.
On the upper level, there is a fourth bedroom (king bed) with incredible views, a bathroom and a loft area with sofa and chairs as well as a foosball table.
The house has two decks, one on the lower level with a large extension of the side with a gas fire-pit and ample seating. The second deck, located on the first floor has three picnic tables to enjoy the views and meals as a group.
